You Fancy Huh?

So I was feeling quite generous and made these cupcakes for my lovely co-workers! I suspect they enjoyed them because there were none left after I sent the "cupcakes in the breakroom" email out.  These were yellow cake with dark chocolate icing and vanilla buttercream! Of course I had to make them Fancy Smancy!! They wouldnt be Posh Cupcakes if I didnt!!  ;)

So I had some left overs from my previous order and lets just say they didnt last long at all when I brought them to work!  Lemon cake with lemon cream cheese icing topped with graham crackers and a lemon slice! Yum!!!

Jackson's 7th Birthday, Miss Relay Pageant & The Little Mermaid!!

So my son is a huge University of South Alabama fan and he wanted a basketball themed party. So I came up with these on the monring of his party. I was really pushed for time this weekend!  My daughter participated in the Miss Relay Pageant put on by the North Mobile Divas team to help raise money for the American Cancer Socitey Saturday.  She walked in memory of her MawMaw, Carroll Whigham.  I also had an order for Ariel Cupcakes for the Riverside Ranch! It all worked out though! Ariel's head didnt fall off and Kelsey got 1st runner up in her age group and Jack's party was a success! Visions Hair Salon!!

Well its been a while!!! I have been so busy with otherthings cupcakes were put on hold for a while! I did manage to make some cute little cupcakes for my BFF's Grand Opening! The new salon is called Visions located in Saraland, AL. Check out their facebook page here Visions-Hair-Salon  and make an appt with Jan Adams!! They new owner remodeled the salon and the colors are green and brown. So I came up with these yummy little cupcakes! They were loved by all!!

The theme for this order was "things they love!"  Some of those things were Spongbob, Iphone, basketball, & polka dots!  Sweet idea! This hubby and father is going to rack up some browine points today!
