FROGS!!!
Frog Cupcakes!!! When I received this call I was super excited to make these cupcakes!! I am quite partial to frogs! The sweetest lady I knew (my mother in law) loved frogs and I know she would have loved these!! If she were still here today I would make one just special for her. RIP Carroll Whigham. You are very much missed!
